Aniline Specification
Anilina est simplicissima prima Amine aromatica et compositum ex substitutione atomi hydrogenii in moleculo benzeni cum globo amino. Oleum hyalinum est sicut liquor fomes cum odore forti. Cum ad 370 C calefactum, est leviter solubile in aqua et solubile in ethanolo, aethere, chloroformi et aliis solutionibus organicis. Fit brunneum in aere vel sub sole. Destillari vapore potest. Adiicitur zinci parum, ne oxidatio destilletur. Aniline purificatus addi potest 10 ~ 15ppm NaBH4 ad corruptionem ne oxidationis. Solutio anilini alkalini est. Facile est sal producere cum cum acido reflectitur. Atomorum hydrogenii in suis amino coetibus substitui possunt ab alkylo vel acyl circulos ad secundum vel tertium gradum anilini et acyl anilini producendum. Cum substitutio reactionis incidit, producti ortho et para substituti producti maxime producuntur. Reagit cum nitrite ad formandum sales diazonii, qui adhiberi possunt ad seriem derivatorum benzeni et azo compositorum. Primum anno 1826 ab Ottone Unverdorben prodiit per distillationem indici perniciosam, primus usus industriae fuit sicut murice purpurei, Mauveine, a Gulielmo Henrico Perkin in conatu quinone segregandi casu formata. Nomen aniline ob plantam indigoyielding impositum est, Indigofera suffruticosa, vulgo anilam nominata.
Applicationem
Aniline magni momenti est industrialis chemica multis decenniis. In praesenti, latissime pro polyurethanis et globulos fabricandis, cum minore pondere consumuntur in productione pesticides (herbicides, fungicides, insecticides, repellentes animal), defoliantes, fucos, facilisis, antidegradantes, vulcanizationes acceleratores. Est etiam quaedam supellectilis ingrediens, ut poliuntur (caminus et calceus), pingit, varniscat et notat atramenta. Aniline in fucorum fabricatione, veneficiis, varnishes, resinis, oeconomiae graphicae graphicae, unguentis, calcei nigri, herbicides et fungicides. Usus est etiam in vulcanizing rubber et quasi solvendo. Itoccurs in bitumen carbonis et ex thedrya distillationis indici nascitur. Producitur etiam ex biodegradatione multorum pesticides. Aniline metabolita est multorum toxicorum com librarum, ut nitrobenzenum, phenacetin, et phenylhydroxylaminum. Purgamentum acceleratorium et facilisis, tingui et intermedia, chemicae photographicae (hydro- quinone), isocyanates pro spuma urethane, pharma- ceutica, explosiva, petrolei expolitio, dipheny- lamina, phenolica, herbicides, fungicides. Oleum tenue, hyalinum praeparatum, reducendo benzenam cum limatura ferrea coram acido hydrochlorico vel acetico ac deinde anilinum per distillationem separatum. In aqua leviter solutum, sed in alcohole, aethere, et benzene facile dissolvit. Aniline est basis per plures tincturas ad augendam emulsionum suavitatem.
